Regular Rates: $400.00 per night plus cleaning and tax    (14.962%)
Summer: $450.00 per night plus cleaning and tax (June, July & August)
1 week minimum.
Christmas: $450 per night with 10 night minimum.
(Prices subject to change)

Plus $400.00 cleaning fee per visit.

A Refundble Security/Reservation Deposit of $500.00 is required to hold a time slot.

  • After a date and duration have been established, we will request a security deposit
  • Once your deposit has cleared the bank, we will sign and send you a receipt along with a rental agreement
  • Within 90 days of the starting rent date, you will need to sign the agreement and send us the rent in full
  • Once we receive the signed rental agreement, we will send you the keys to the 'Best Vacation Spot on Kauai'
